What are your office hours?
We have permanently closed our office, we are available for appointments 7 days a week.
When can I access my unit?
Whenever you want! You’ll have 24 hour access to your storage unit.
Do you offer Temperature Controlled Storage?
Yes our Cedar Rapids location All Stor Fort Knox offers a variety of sizes of temperature controlled storage units. From 5x5 all the way up to 10x25.
What temperature do you keep your Temperature Controlled storage at?
In the winter we keep the temperature around 58 degrees and in the summer we keep it around 78 degrees. We also have 24/7 monitoring of temperature and humidity levels. Monitoring is a new feature we installed in 2017 that sends us email warnings for High/low temperature or humidty levels that allows us to act that much quicker in the event of a problem.
Do you offer RV parking?
We sure do! We offer parking options for RVs, boats, and other vehicles.
When and where do I need to pay my bill?
You can pay at our office if you like, but we offer online bill pay as well. All Payments are due on the 1st of the month.

Each of our facilities feature different security ammenities, please contact us for more detailed information about each location.
Do you sell moving supplies?
Yes, we do. We sell a variety of boxes and moving supplies in our office.
